Created for Business Development Executives, Managers and commercial leaders, this roundtable provides a collaborative peer-learning environment focused on improving sales effectiveness in boutique consultancies.

Sessions are designed to help members build confidence in their business development capability through practical discussion, shared experience and action-focused learning. Topics include outreach strategies, pipeline management, sales discipline and the day-to-day challenges of winning work in a consulting environment.
