Member roundtable – Supporting neurodiverse employees

In this session, we’ll be joined by ADHD Coach and Neuroinclusion Consultant Sarah Castor-Perry to lead us through a discussion around supporting neurodivergent individuals and increasing inclusion. Sarah has over 12 years’ experience working in Consulting, as well as being an accredited coach, so she is well placed to support this industry-specific conversation.

What to expect:

• We’ll open with a bit of myth busting, as well as some of the evidence around neurodiversity and inclusion
• There will then be time for a group discussion on key topics
• We’ll end with a short guide to some key proactive and reactive activity to increase inclusion and support neurodivergent colleagues
