THE PATH TO PROSPERITY – CONSULTANCY BENCHPRESS RESULTS AND THE VOICE OF THE CLIENT

Now in its fourth year, Consultancy BenchPress has become the definitive benchmarking survey and insight-led event for boutique consultancies across the UK & Ireland with revenues under £30m.

Despite the economic uncertainty facing much of the sector, a significant number of consultancies are not just surviving – they’re outperforming the market. What are they doing differently? What gives them the edge? This year’s BenchPress event will uncover the answers.

Whether you’re facing headwinds or enjoying record growth, this is your opportunity to gain rare insights, directly from the data – and from the buyers who matter most.

This year’s event also includes a ‘voice of the client’ panel discussion. Three seasons buyers will give you a clearer understanding of what truly influences buying decisions, practical ways to build stronger, longer-lasting client relationships and ideas you can apply the next day to increase your win rate and client loyalty.

What to expect

Join a room full of ambitious consultancy leaders, clients, growth experts, and specialist providers for an afternoon of insight, challenge, and connection.

  • Exclusive research reveal
Peter Czapp, Founder of BenchPress, will unveil the results of the 2025 Consultancy BenchPress survey. Drawing on data from some 300 consultancies, Peter will highlight what sets the most successful firms apart – from strategic positioning to pricing, from team structure to client acquisition – and what that means for you.

  • Live Q&A with Peter and Marc Jantzen
Have burning questions about the numbers? Curious how your consultancy compares? Get clarity straight from the source.

  • Voice of the client – real-world buyer panel
In a turbulent market, how are client expectations shifting? What makes a consultancy stand out when budgets are tight? A hand-picked panel of senior consulting services buyers across both public and private sector will reveal what they’re really looking for right now – and how you can position your firm to win, retain, and grow key accounts.
