The untold story of Newton’s rise from zero to £160m

In a story never told before, Andrew Hawes, co-founder of challenger consultancy Newton, will share the philosophy and structures that have fuelled 25 years of 25% YoY growth. From fee models based entirely on risk to a high-energy, client-first culture, Andrew’s insights offer a refreshingly honest take on sustainable success.

Inside the client mind: What buyers value now

Drawing on extensive research across 20 top consulting firms, Nick Jotischky and Omaro Maseli from Source Global will unveil what clients really value in today’s environment. From shifting spend patterns to the rising demand for tech-enabled, outcome-focused services, they’ll explore how buyer expectations are evolving—and how firms can stay ahead. The session will also reveal the pivotal role of thought leadership in influencing client decisions and strengthening commercial outcomes.

Peak performance lessons from elite sport

Anna Edwards, Managing Partner of EPP Global, brings a unique perspective from the world of elite sport. Having worked with high-performance leaders across institutions like FIFA, World Rugby, and the FA, Anna will explore how top athletes and coaches manage energy, mindset, and resilience across daily, weekly, and seasonal cycles. Her session offers a compelling playbook for business leaders seeking to sustain peak performance while navigating intense commercial demands.

The Olympic gold medal leadership playbook

Olympic gold medallist Ben Hunt-Davis and co-founder of leadership development consultancy ‘Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?’ will share the high-performance mindset that took his team from underdogs to champions. With lessons applicable far beyond sport, Ben offers practical tools to help leaders and teams focus, adapt, and win.
