3. Membership payments, renewals, changes and cancellations

After the 90 days have passed you can cancel your membership by providing one month’s notice. You cannot cancel if your Strategic Review has already taken place; you will then be committed for the 12 months. After 90 days, monthly subscriptions will automatically continue on a rolling basis until terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice.

3.2. Change of membership: We require one month’s notice in writing for a change from a Professional Membership to a Corporate Membership. You may change to become an Advisory Member at any time by informing us in writing. We are unable to offer refunds to members changing from an Advisory Member to a Corporate Member, or a Corporate Member to a Professional Member.

3.3. Access outside your membership package: If you wish to access events or mentors outside of your membership package you may purchase these separately. Prices are available on request. If within one month of the event you change to a membership package that includes that event, then you will be charged as though you joined on the date of the event and the price you paid for the event will be deducted from your membership fee.

3.4. Ending your subscription: Once you have passed the initial 90-day minimum commitment you are able to cancel your membership, provided either party has given 30 days’ notice.

3.5. All information provided by you to us must be true and accurate at the point of applying. Please notify us immediately of any changes to your email, account or billing information. You will also receive a notice if there are any changes to these Terms.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Membership fees for events, workshops and online resources are payable via monthly subscription with an initial 90-day commitment. We shall be under no obligation to provide membership or access to any events or resources until payment has been received in full.

This discount may be for a free trial or a discount on the annual fee for a set period of time. The discount is only valid for the determined period. Members may also qualify for a month of free membership for each successful referral given to The Consultancy Growth Network. A referral is successful at the point the referred member has passed their 90 day cooling off period.

4.3. Membership fees and prices of other services may change from time to time. Any changes that impact existing members will be notified in writing with a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

4.4. The Consultancy Growth Network may receive introducer fees from third parties. Such fees will be at the cost of the third party and not affect fees payable by you.

4.5. If we do not receive payment authorisation for a service or if the authorisation is cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend access to your membership.

4.6. All prices are expressed exclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your application and the date of acceptance, we will adjust the VAT you pay.
