Reading the market and leading through volatility, with Charles Vivian
Charles Vivian has spent 30 years in professional services, progressing from graduate trainee to CEO, founder, investor, NED and Chair. He has built, run, bought and sold consulting businesses worldwide, and has lectured on how to build and run professional services firms at London Business School and Saïd Business School, Oxford. In this session he will cut through the noise on where the consulting market is heading and what it means for your firm: which signals to watch, where to place your bets, how to think about hiring and investment, and how to protect or grow margin in choppy conditions.
Making the impossible possible, with Baroness Sue Campbell
Baroness Sue Campbell began her career as a PE teacher and went on to become Director of Women’s Football at The FA, helping to transform the women’s game by doubling participation, growing audiences and professionalising elite competitions. Her session is designed for consulting founders and leaders who are trying to shift the trajectory of their firm. Drawing on the turnaround of women’s football, she will show how to build belief in a bold vision, unite people behind change and create a culture where your team feels part of something bigger than their billable work.
