How often do you check in with yourself and ask: “Why am I doing this again?”.
This event was an opportunity to take a step back and consider some key questions such as:
- Do I know where I am taking this business?
- Am I clear as to why I am doing it?
- What else could I be doing to make sure I am enjoying the journey?
- Do I truly understand the strategic options available to me?
- Am I learning from other’s mistakes to avoid the pitfalls?
- Am I clear on my strategy to get there?
To fuel this audience wide conversation, we invited three of our new Growth Experts to share their stories and take your questions.
In particular, we asked them; ‘what would you have done differently knowing what you know now?’.
We also heard from TCGN members that have chosen different strategic options, including EoT, trade and building a forever business. Some have completed their journey and some are still on it. Did they make the right choice? What would they do differently if they had their time again?
This was a highly interactive and personal event, which offered the opportunity to hear others’ stories, connect with peers and challenge current strategic thinking.
