How often do you check in with yourself and ask: “Why am I doing this again?”.
This event is an opportunity to take a step back and consider some key questions such as:
- Do I know where I am taking this business?
- Am I clear as to why I am doing it?
- What else could I be doing to make sure I am enjoying the journey?
- Do I truly understand the strategic options available to me?
- Am I learning from other’s mistakes to avoid the pitfalls?
- Am I clear on my strategy to get there?
To fuel this audience wide conversation, we will be inviting three of our new Growth Experts to share their stories and take your questions.
In particular, we will be asking them; ‘what would you have done differently knowing what you know now?’.
We will also hear from TCGN members that have chosen different strategic options be that MBO, EoT, trade exit or to build a forever business. Some have completed their journey and some are still on it. Did they make the right choice? What would they do differently if they had their time again?
This will be a highly interactive and personal event, which will offer you the opportunity to hear others’ stories, connect with your peers and challenge your current strategic thinking.
