Is your interviewing process enabling you to identify and select people who go on to succeed in your business?
This workshop is designed to help you do just that. Whether you are focused on hiring key senior roles, looking to engage associates who genuinely operate as an extension of your team, or hiring at scale at any grade within your business, we will help you unlock techniques to optimise your interview and selection process.
Hosted by Caroline Boston from New Minds, we will look specifically at:
- defining your process – what you should be asking and testing at each interview stage
- best practice interview technique – practical tips to ask great questions and assess suitability
- The common mistakes consultancies make, resulting in costly mis-hires
- the fine balance between ‘test’ and ‘sell’ – how to make sure you are getting what you need from the interview whilst providing the optimal candidate experience
- How the recruiter and candidate landscape is changing with AI
- inclusive recruitment and how to reduce bias in your recruitment process.
- Simple takeaways to action immediately
Prior to attending this event, TCGN members should watch Caroline’s other event ‘Recruitment: Why is it so hard to hire great people?’, upon which this workshop builds.
