Through a real-time self-assessment exercise, this workshop helped consultancy leaders understand how to drive growth in the value of their business, and explained how those strengths would be viewed by a potential acquirer or investor.

Even if you are not currently considering a sale, looking at your business through the lens of an investor is a powerful exercise. Working through the ‘Equity growth wheel’ framework will helped identify areas to focus on to support consultancies in building a more sustainable, profitable business.
