What is your AI strategy?

Thursday 29 April 2027

1.30pm – 7pm, in-person

Events @No. 6, London

In-person

99% of consultancies are already using AI in some form, but only 15% fully deployed it across the business, and that group is twice as likely to be seeing high growth and profit*. The firms still testing it in pockets are the least likely to have grown at all. The most important question is how you build a stategy that moves the needle on your firm.

The headless future, with Ben Edwards (CMap)
Ben will look at where professional services technology is heading: a “headless” model where the systems running your business sit further in the background and the work itself becomes more automated and interconnected. It’s a look at the direction of travel, so you can see what’s coming before it arrives.

Assessing and building your AI strategy, with TCGN member Tim Cook (AI Confident)
Many businesses treat AI as a way to cut cost. Tim will make the case for answering a different question: how can AI help you do more? Delivering more value for clients, growing market share, turning services into products or freeing up time for something entirely new. Using real examples of businesses getting this right (and wrong), you’ll work through four levels of change to shape your own AI ambition, and leave with a framework to lead it with clarity and turn it into measurable impact.

Consultancy use cases, with TCGN member Rupert Wiseman (AssumeAI)
Rupert closes with specific, sector-relevant use cases, covering both the productivity gains AI can deliver inside your business and how it can enhance or reshape the proposition you sell to clients.

What you’ll get:

  • A view of where the technology and market are heading
  • Your own AI strategy assessment, completed in the room
  • Real consultancy use cases for both productivity and proposition
  • Time with other consultancy leaders working through the same questions
