Your 2025 wrapped

2025 has been challenging. You don’t need us to tell you that. But despite the uncertainty, The Consultancy Growth Network and our community have moved forward, together, in so many ways and on so many levels.

Over the last 12 months, more teams than ever before have got involved in assessing the maturity of their businesses, accessed more implementation support, achieved more exits and passed bigger milestones. We are proud to have evolved from a place you come for insights, tools, connections and ideas, to a partner that helps you deliver growth, step by step.

Here is our 2025 wrapped.

From insight to implementation

This year, TCGN members have gone beyond simply attending events and reading insights. They have used the Network to change how their businesses operate and accelerated their growth trajectories.

100% of Capability Sprint attendees leave each capability sprint with tangible actions, not just good intentions.

  • 47% of TCGN member companies now involve their wider teams, not just founders and owners. Senior leaders are taking part in workshops and other events, joining calls and using The Growth Hub together. As a result, growth no longer sits on one person’s shoulders.
  • This year we introduced ‘Capability Sprints’, running 42 workshops for 74 members, helping firms focus on one critical area at a time. 100% of attendees leave each capability sprint with tangible actions, not just good intentions.
  • Two new AI training courses equip members with practical, consultancy specific skills so they can integrate AI in a safe, commercial way.
  • New roundtables for AI and Business Development provide members with a place to stress test ideas with peers who understand their world.

Behind the scenes, throughout 2025 our Growth Experts and Account Managers have continued to work closely with members. Strategic reviews have identified opportunities for growth and unlocked potential for revenue. 800+ progress calls have helped members prioritise, sequence and stay accountable to their plans. For many firms, this has been the difference between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

Events that move plans forward

2025 was our biggest year yet for member events. Together we delivered:

  • a record 16 events, with an average feedback score of 9.0 out of 10
  • a mix of online and in person formats, including our newly introduced studio events designed to fit into busy schedules while still giving space to think.


These events have helped members to:

  • sharpen their sales pipeline and business development activity
  • reflect on their roles as leaders, to empower their teams and deliver better results
  • explore how to use AI, data and systems to scale without losing quality.

The most encouraging part is what happens next. Members are increasingly turning up to events with their teams, using sessions as catalysts for internal conversations and turning what they hear into decisions back in the boardroom.

Benchmarks, tools and resources at your fingertips

Reliable data and practical tools remain at the heart of how we support the boutique consultancy community.

Members: what will most help you shape your 2026 plan, and who in your team should see it with you?

  • Consultancy BenchPress 2025 was our biggest study so far, with over 300 participants and the report downloaded more times than any report before it. Members now have five years of benchmarking data at their fingertips, helping them compare like for like on revenue, profitability, pricing and more.
  • Our 11 maturity assessments were completed almost 500 times, giving firms a structured way to diagnose where they are today and what to prioritise next.
  • Members watched over 1,000 video workshops, using replays to revisit key topics with colleagues and drive new growth.
  • We published 40 new resources and insights, from AI and sales performance to leadership, exit readiness and case studies.

The most important stat in all of this: on average, 80% of member companies used The Growth Hub every month in 2025. That shows a community that is not just collecting content but actively using it to inform decisions.

Recognising success across The Network

2025 has been another year of meaningful milestones and well-deserved recognition for our members.

Your willingness to share what works (and what doesn’t) is what makes this community so powerful.

  • 35 Consultancy Award winners were celebrated across our awards programme, showcasing firms who are leading the way in growth, client impact, culture, innovation and more.
  • 10 successful member exits, supported by our growing ecosystem of M&A partners and peer insight from those who have been through the journey already.
  • Over 80% of our member companies are now above the £1m revenue milestone, with more firms moving from survival and founder reliance to scalable, commercially sustainable businesses.

For us, these numbers matter because every award win, revenue milestone or exit represents a set of decisions made earlier in the journey. Often, those decisions were shaped in workshops, reviews, roundtables and conversations inside The Consultancy Growth Network.

We had a blast

At the start of this year we welcomed Dorota to the team and we celebrated her engagement in September. George married Sarah in March and in August we waved Charlotte off to pastures new. As a team we have water-skiied, cricketed, foot-golfed, karaoked, jumped off inflatables and shuffle-boarded – not all on the same day!
