Leadership: What makes you worth following?

Tuesday 11 March 2025

12 – 1pm, online

Online

Who are you when you operate from core strength? When are you brilliant? Where do you bring the most value – and how do you do that consistently?

Understanding who we are as individual leaders feels like a luxury for many. It takes time away from doing, ticking things off our list, making another sale, or closing the next round. But it is this thinking—short-term, task-oriented, in-the-weeds thinking – that keeps us and our businesses away from brilliance.

In this interactive session, Elke Edwards, founder of Ivy House, will work through the concept of core strength. Through a series of critical questions, she will provide a path to understand:

  • what working in our element means for us and the value it brings
  • the difference between being a founder, CEO and source within a business
  • the stories that keep us stuck and how to get unstuck.

This is a workshop for leaders who have the courage to operate from strength and not hide behind the veil of busyness to avoid getting better. It is the second session in the Leader Series; the first session The Courage to Get Better is part of the TCGN Annual Summit (see link here).
